Frequently Asked Questions
Click Order Photos in the navigation. Enter your Customer ID and Passcode (found on your proof envelope). Select your product, choose your photo(s), and add to cart. When finished, proceed to checkout.
Your Customer ID and Passcode are printed on the order form included with your proof envelope from school picture day.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept Discover or American Express at this time.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 weeks of the order deadline for your school. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
